Shipping and Processing

At Sarai Sleek we take pride in being committed to providing our clients quality, raw,
ethically sourced, premium extensions continuously.
Please allow up to 14 business days for orders to process. Orders are not processed on
weekends or holidays.
Please allow up to 14 – 21 business days for custom orders to process. Orders are not
processed on weekends or holidays.
While orders are being processed, there will be no updates.
After orders are processed you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Shipping takes between 2-5 business days.

Please insure you are entering correct shipping address at check out. Sarai Sleek is not
responsible for packages shipped to incorrect location. IF package is retuned, the client is
responsible for paying the shipping fee.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
