Return & Refund Policy — Sarai Sleek
Effective date: August 15, 2025
At Sarai Sleek, we hand-select premium raw hair for quality and longevity. Because hair is a hygienic product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in the rare case of a defective or incorrect item as outlined below.
1) Final-Sale Items
All hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and hair care items are final sale. We cannot accept items that have been opened, installed, combed, washed, dyed, cut, heat-styled, or otherwise altered.
2) Defective / Incorrect Item (Replacement Only)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
  •   Your order number
  •   Clear photos and a short video (ideally an unboxing video) showing the issue
  •   The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with ties/labels intact
Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Original shipping is non-refundable.
3) Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or change an order must be made within 1 hour of purchase. After processing begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
4) Shipping, Delays & “Delivered” Scans
We ship locally in NJ/NYC and nationwide. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for loss or theft. For lost or delayed packages, please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist when possible.
5) Address Errors / Returned Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the reship fee is paid.
6) International Orders
Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
